Welcome to my 80 m2 recently renovated apartment located in Poble Sec, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, and conveniently located next to Eixample neighbourhood. This apartment features a bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment has a capacity for up to 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed - Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed - Bedroom 3: Bunk bed Spacious living room with an open layout and front facade balconies 1 Full bathroom Elevator in the building AC and heating located in the living room Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided! Els meus hostes reallotjats van estar bé en aquest altre apartament. Van tenir problemes amb el check in online i hauria estat bé que la Laura els truqués per resoldre el problema amb més agilitat. De tota manera va estar per ells, ajudant-los, mitjançant missatgets de whats ap. Sembla que el servei de neteja en algun moment es va beure la llet i el iogurt que els hostes havien deixat a la nevera per recollir més tard.
Kommunikation mit Laura war sehr gut. Stets und schnell erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war auch gut und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist aber renovierungsbedürftig. Aber da man in Barcelona viel ausser Haus ist vollkommen ausreichend.
We had a great time here and enjoyed Laura’s place. I recommend it.
Super fint lejlighed til prisen og i det område. Lejligheden er ikke lige frem nyrenoveret. Tænker det må være en ældre tekst. Denne lejlighed fungere super fint hvis man spiser ude i byen. Og egentlig bare skal overnatte. Værelserne fungere godt og du har alt det nødvendige som vi skulle bruge i for en ferie hvor man bruger byen i de fleste timer. Ren lejlighed og ingen problemer der. Bad og toilet pænt og fungere optimalt. Ligger i et godt område med hyggelige små caféer og tæt på byen i gå afstand. Alt i alt. En super fin lejlighed der opfyldte vores behov
The appartement was very clean and provided all comfort. Laura provided all information we needed and always responded very quickly.

Sant Antoni is a neighborhood in the Eixample district of Barcelona. Its non-official centre, the marketplace of the same name—designed by Antoni Rovira i Tries and built between 1872 and 1882—is one of the oldest and most popular in the city, especially with the secondhand book stalls that surround the building Sunday mornings. It is bordered by the neighbourhoods of the L’Antiga Esquerra de l’Eixample, the Raval, and Poble Sec. The streets of Sant Antoni follow the grid pattern prevalent in all of Eixample, except for a central thoroughfare, the Avinguda del Mistral built on the site of an important medieval road which led out of Barcelona. Another well-known landmark of Sant Antoni is the bar called Els Tres Tombs, right next to the market.
The closest metro station is Poble Sec (Line 3).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça España. The cost is around 4.5€
