I will never use Airbnb again. There’s 8 apts with Roku TVs all connected to the same Wi-Fi. Another guest decided to use my information to make purchases. My bank canceled my card. Then Fed Ex delivered it to the wrong address. The host knew about what happened and didn’t even bother to ask if I was ok. I went 7 days without access to money. I do not have a license meaning I had no transportation. I spent hours on the phone with Airbnb and all they did was pass me from “ambassador to ambassador “ and did nothing. They told me they’d send other rental options but did nothing. They just left me there with no access to money and I had to leave by 11 am yesterday morning. I was all alone with my service dog with no help from Airbnb or the host. This is not right and I can’t believe that I could be treated this way. Finally another guest had someone walk into her apt in the middle of the night. Obviously the host does not change the security codes on the door locks. This place is unsafe.

I wouldn’t be writing this review if the host even pretended to care. There’s 8 apartments all with Roku TVs connected to the same Wi-Fi. I signed into my Hulu account and another guest decided to make their purchases on my account. I had to cancel my debit card. This happened last Saturday. So then Fed Ex delivered my new card to the wrong address because everything is so confusing out here. I’ve been without access to money for a week. I don’t have a license or vehicle. I’ve been basically stuck here with nothing. I wanted to stay the whole month but can’t because I have no way to pay. Then one of the other guests had someone walk in her apartment so obviously they don’t change the security codes for the locks on the door. Nobody delivers out here. You can’t even get a Uber. This is more than just inconvenient. This is UNSAFE and the host does not care. I literally have to leave tomorrow morning with no access to money or anywhere to go.

This was one of the most private, enjoyable, just a break from the world Airbnb stays I have had in years. Host was responsive within minutes, always! The place was spotless and much more than shown in the photos. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The area is peaceful. Not a fan of this unit’s smell.
