The place was generally very clean and well organized and they even left 2 little gift bags for my kids which was a nice thought. There were however a couple of small things which could have improved the stay. There was a washing machine but no dryer or clothers horse, so drying clothes was a problem due to wet weather. There wasn't any Kitchen Roll/Tissue and only one small roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, which wasnt ideal for a family of 4 with two small kids. Also the internet was very slow during our stay. The TV had Netflix but the connection was too slow to watch it. Other than that, it was a quite pleasent place to stay.

This is a wonderful cottage with exceptional decor, super-comfortable beds and all the household amenities you could hope for (the dishwasher and wood burner are added bonuses!). For warmer days and evenings the beautifully-maintained garden and seating area create the perfect place to unwind. Everything was immaculately clean and, try as I may, I couldn't find a single spot of dust anywhere! Slight issue with the strength of the wifi, which was dealt with quickly and definitely did not affect the enjoyment of my stay. Great place, lovely location and highly recommended for either one person, a couple or a small family.

The holiday cottage was absolutely delightful - so well furnished, to an excellent standard, with everything we needed for an enjoyable visit to Cornwall. We did unfortunately encounter an issue with the hot water during our stay, but Breakwater Holidays were able to handle this in a prompt and professional manner - demonstrating their ability to put their customers first in the event of unforeseen issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place to stay, looks exactly like the pictures with lots of amenities being provided making our stay very comfortable. We had a small maintenance issue but was resolved quickly as soon as it was flagged with good communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely modern and clean. Great place to stay to explore Cornwall. Plenty of towels and linen. We had a problem with the boiler on the first evening no hot water, emailed the host who replied straight away and a plumber was sent out the next day excellent service and communication. Look forward to returning again, such a lovely place to stay a great find.
