Aside from a little dust on some light fixtures and one of the pool areas being closed, my family had a great time. staff was friendly and the condo had everything needed.

Overall it was a great stay. The view wasn't what I expected. I had to walk down to the beach to catch the sunrise bc we were on the side rather than the back of the building. The jets aso did not work in the jacuzzi tub in the room. Other than those minor issues it was worth it. All of the staff were super nice. The room was clean and comfortable and the water park was tons of fun!

The Dunes was a perfect place to visit with our two children under 5. The pools were great and beach was amazing. Only downside was it was very difficult to get to the correct elevators that gets to the room. We were also told we were in the wrong building which was an issue with the front desk. But if it can clarify which building (Palms vs palmetto) that would help a great amount. Everything else was just as it was explained. The customer service was great as well!!! Will definitely have a return visit.

Our second time staying at Dunes Village Resort! We have 5 children between the ages of 4 and 14 and each and everyone love this resort! Always family oriented, friendly staff, and clean. We even got to experience some of their Halloween activities which we all thought was pretty cool. Definitely will be returning!

The place was ok. A bit disappointed in the actual AirBnB. The place was outdated and needs some work. They had barely any items in the kitchen. We wanted to use the kitchen to have meals but with the supplies in the unit we were forced to eat out more than we wanted. Just seemed to have the bare minimum for their guests.
