Nice house. Very clean! Big tv in the living room. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. I loved the electric tea kettle. They had a bowl of snacks and teas waiting for us when we arrived. There were plenty of clean sheets and bath towels, so no need to bring your own. Grocery store is only a couple miles away. It was winter so we didn't use the pool, but it looked nice! Christo was very responsive communicating, and check-in was a breeze. I recommend staying here!

We had a great stay with Christo in Avon! The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. It’s tucked away from the busy-ness of the main road but still convenient to all the action. Closest restaurants/shops are about a mile away.

The place is very clean, calm and quiet! We really enjoyed our vacation here. Near the canal, it's perfect for kayacking! And we bring our bikes too... It's an easy place with a dog!
