Great location between Fort Lauderdale and Boca. Close to restaurants. I do recommend for breakfast go to Hen and Hog..food was great! If I am back in the area I would rent from Roberto again.

Everything was awesome ! We loved everything however we didn’t get a chance to use the pool . The pool had to be cleaned which he did have them come clean but particles was still floating on top which we didn’t want to get any of it in our hair so we skipped out ! But again everything was great . Thanks so much ! I would definitely recommend!

This house was beautiful and super clean! The beds were very comfortable. We absolutely loved the pool and outdoor space. We couldn’t get the grill to work and Roberto brought over a brand new one within 30 minutes! Amazing and prompt customer service!!!!!!

Multiple issues w/ amenities and/or appliances not working. Limited utensils (bring your own everything). Outdoor BBQ grill not able to be used unless you purchase your own propane (not disclosed in the listing). Pool water had a funny smell. Inoperable ice maker in refrigerator. Stove burners out of commission in kitchen. Broken and/or uninstalled cabinets throughout. Outdoor speakers inoperable. Worst of all, the co-host was unable to communicate a fix effectively and blamed us for being difficult. Traveling from another state, we expected at the very least for appliances to be in working order. I won’t be staying here again and it costed me even more money in having to order food out vs cooking outdoors/indoors. A lot of the food I bought was unable to be cooked, therefore had to be thrown away. A disaster!

We booked for a full month. Upon arriving, we found that the kitchen was poorly stocked with pots/pans. We contacted Roberto and he promptly showed up with a full set of cooking utensils. We also found that the pool area furniture was lacking, and Roberto rectified that as well. One negative is that the gas grill did not work even after filling the tank with propane and Roberto did not resolve that. Location was extremely convenient to highways and shopping. Interior of the home was exactly as advertised and cleaned to perfection. However, for a full month rental, the paper supplies could have been more plentifully stocked. There were nearby late-night outdoor parties on a couple of occasions, but when the bedroom door was closed, the sound was ok.
