Maya and Spencer’s place was a true taste of paradise, a private luxury where you don’t need anything else and anything you can think of, they already did . We absolutely enjoyed tanning on the deck , cooling off in a private pool and warming up in a jacuzzi, swinging on the hammocks . The tiki bar for breakfast , lunch and dinner with the gorgeous view created an unforgettable experience . You really don’t need to go anywhere , because everything you need is there and you cannot get bored. Publix is 5 min drive . What made the whole experience even better were the hosts , who were superb communicators , responded very fast and were kind and friendly and never made me feel like I bothered them with the questions that I had . We were genuinely sad leaving but we relaxed like never before . We will certainly be coming back .

Spencer and Maya’s place was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Our group of 6 rented this stay for a relaxed Bachelorette weekend, and it exceeded all our expectations. The house is not only charming but equipped with thoughtful touches to meet all our needs. From the inviting pool and hot tub to the outdoor grill and serene palm trees/hammocks, every corner of the property provided an opportunity for relaxation and fun. One of the highlights was its convenient location, just a short drive from Pompano Beach. We recommend lunching Beach House and taking advantage of rental chairs and umbrellas! Our other excursion to downtown Ft. Lauderdale was equally easy and fun. Prior to our trip, Spencer and Maya were incredibly communicative. Their responsiveness and attention to detail reassured us that they would be there to support with any issue. Overall, our experience was unforgettable, and I'm already counting down the days until we can return. Thank you sincerely for such a wonderful trip!

We had the best time! We were a group of 9 girls, and fit perfectly in the house. Spencer was incredibly responsive and pleasant at all times. The house was even better than the pictures - being right on the water was such a nice touch, and all of the amenities inside and outside were fantastic. There was never a shortage of seating whether we were lounging on the dock, sitting on the patio, or inside of the house. The pool people even came to clean to pool and hot tub during our stay, which just added to the sense of overall cleanliness. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of space throughout the house, and the backyard was better than expected. Spencer even offered use of his boat which we took him up on, and we had an amazing time. Definitely would recommend staying here, and hope to again in the future!

Spencer and Maya were excellent hosts! Our group of 8 had such a wonderful stay at the Florida Dock House! The outdoor setup was awesome, and had something for everyone. We relaxed by the waterfront, grilled in the outdoor kitchen, hung out at the pool and hot tub, and kayaked along the canal. The house was super clean, and had everything we needed. Spencer and Maya were very responsive when we requested that the hot tub be cleaned, and when we needed to replace the propane tank for the grill. Overall, an excellent stay and would highly recommend!
