Great stay over the Easter weekend The place exceeded expectation was clean and the host was responsive. Absolutely worth the Money paid! Great value, space and will definitely book again or recommend to others

This property has a lot of potential but could also do with some improvement. If you want somewhere that is spotless then this isn’t the property for you. I would advise re washing all plates and cutlery before use. A few towels were also dirty and the shower curtain was filthy. The location is good and there is a lot of space inside for many to sleep. No parking on road at all only permit holders. If you drive down a few roads you may be able to find free parking. There was tea, coffee, milk, shower gel and shampoo available. I think with a change in cleaner and some of the finishing touches added to the property such as evenly painting the walls etc. it can be quite nice

Shame as the house has great potential to a good listing. But the information on the listing needs to be changed to inform there is not free parking so extra cost is required to park and what is supplied etc - not really suitable listing for professionals in our opinion and more suited for social bookings on party’s having a weekend out. Unfortunately we had a few issues with this listing, problems with the hot water and heating on arrival not working, parking not correctly listed, our original listing was double booked so had to change to this one. For a non smoking house the smelling of stagnant cigarette smoke. The hosts where very responsive on messages but not solving the problems. If we could of changed to another listing or hotel we would of but we was unable to.

On arrival well after our check in time, we found it hadn’t yet been cleaned and had a very obvious smell of cigarettes. No communication or apology from host in rectifying this decision. Cleaners arrived some time later and didn’t know we were there and were overheard suggesting we should have thanked them for coming to clean. Disappointing start sadly but comfortable beds and spacious rooms, did the job.
