Not as described. There were roaches even after someone sprayed them. The electric driveway gate jumps the tracks and gets stuck. Alnardo sent people out to repair the gate twice. Then I started fixing the gate every day. There is a pack of wild/stray dogs without collars that chase, bark, and nip at people. There is no hot water in any of the sinks. The cleaning supplies and other amenities in the listing were not supplied. Alnardo was polite and apologetic. The view and the sound of the surf are fabulous. Once Alnardo corrects the deficiencies, this place will be a 5. Things break. Bugs happen. I tried to work with him and these problems, but unfortunately, sometimes you must break away from the problems. I scheduled a 37-day stay, and I lasted 13 days.
