Our stay included 6 adults and 4 little kids, & the home was beyond perfect for us. Caro was very responsive, & helped with everything from cab drivers to restaurant reservations. We opted for a cook for breakfasts and lunch, which Caro arranged & included in our AirBnB billing. That freed us up to enjoy the cool mornings before the heat of the day. The master is utterly amazing: it's own balcony, outdoor shower, & a separate in-built vanity with it's own sink. The sala, patio and pool were stunning & well appointed including loungers, umbrellas, an endless supply of pool towels etc. all making outdoor living a dream. The T.V. room off the sala includes a 1/2 bath, roller shades for darkness & it's own aircon - the kiddos could nap in there or stream shows comfortably while the adults enjoyed the pool & view. High-end bluetooth speaker, WiFi that worked perfectly, smart T.V.s., the best appointed kitchen we have ever had.. we could go on & on. Thank you Caro, it was truly amazing!

Our stay at Casa Osorio was a dream, with spectacular design and amenities, breathtaking views, and the most attentive and helpful service we have ever experienced in an Airbnb. We had the kitchen stocked with our requests before our arrival, which gave us a relaxing first evening in our beautiful home away from home. Caro was immediately available throughout our 4-night stay to help with taxis, restaurant reservations, and more, and Toña kept the house immaculate. Especially as first-timers to Zihua and with our shaky Spanish, Caro put us at ease with her enthusiasm and perfect English. This is the spot— book it!

La casa en general esta muy bien aunque definitivamente le falta mantenimiento, la alberca fue tratada hasta el día siguiente de nuestra llegada, focos fundidos, el servicio de limpieza deja mucho que desear, una de las coladeras estaba tapada por pelos, por otro lado buena ubicación, excelente vista, zona tranquila, camas cómodas y. Agua caliente.

Pasamos unos días increíbles en la casa de Caro! Es una casa muy cómoda para vacaciones en grupo. Es muy bonita! la tienen impecable y muy bien mantenida; se ve que cuidan mucho cada detalle. La vista es espectacular, la atención por parte del personal de la casa hace que te sientas en casa. Comimos delicioso! Y la atención y comunicación con Caro en todo momento fue excelente, es una persona muy amigable y te resuelve cualquier duda. Sin duda regresaremos. Una casa 100% recomendable

Gorgeous view! Very nice location in a beautiful spot . Very open area with air circulating all time, but you might get some local fauna visiting. The Pool and surroundings are super enjoyable. The master bedroom is fabulous.
