Hôte disponible rapidement lors d’une demande. Propre et grand espace central au plaisir de notre fille de 3 ans. Automobile nécessaire pour voyager dans le MonterVerde. Seul détail à considérer pour les gens qui n’apprécie pas les chiens, plusieurs chiens qui circulent librement sur le site, tous gentils mais qui désire avoir un lunch ! On recommence ce logement.

Really enjoyed Eric’s villa. Wonderful locations with fantastic views of the lake set amongst the lush tropical terrain of the safe, gated, and secure community. The villa was spacious and very comfortable, especially sleeping with the windows open, where the cross-breeze was glorious. The location was just a 30min drive to the best waterfall hikes we’ve done in Costa Rica, Viento Fresco Waterfalls. This is our new favorite location to escape the Tamarindo heat.

Peaceful neighborhood with an incredible deck for your morning coffee or long, relaxing evenings with tons of wildlife and three great cats whom will love you if you give them just a little bit of attention :-)

We had a great time! The house is located in a small gated community, super peaceful. You can enjoy the birds during the morning in the deck! The lake is about 100 m from the entrance of the gated community, so it was pretty easy for us to bring our kayaks and fish. If you want to cook in the house, the kitchen has all the appliances and stuff you need, we love that! I have a 4 month old baby and the house was so comfortable. We were even able to walk the dogs within the community, so that was great! We appreciate Eric and Pablo’s guidance, they both were so easy to reach! And very helpful with our needs. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful stay on the lake! Neighborhood cats came to visit every day. Great local restaurants! If you get hot or cold easily, just be aware there is no air conditioning or heater, only fans.
