Got off to a rocky start when I accidentally chose the wrong room. I had just driven 13 hours after having only 3 hours of sleep. The instructions were to take the bedroom at the top of the stairs and first right. I got to the top of the stairs and saw a nicely made bed through an open door to the right of the steps. All the other doors were closed. I chose the open room. Owner comes home from a concert and I learned that I had fallen asleep in her bed and locked her out of her room! So embarrassing!! I was immediately apologetic and SO embarrassed I could die but then she yelled at me! I'm not awake, exhausted, and super embarrassed and I'm being screamed at by angry cat lady with zero empathy for an easy mistake. So, no, I didn't want to join your BBQ the next day. Other issues: Cats mowing and scratching at doors all night. Hot in the room with no control of the air. Sirens blaring outside ALL night. No sleep and no coffee b/c her shop wasn't open until 9am. Don't like sleep? 👍

Jessica is great. the coffee is superb and the place is walking distance (15 min) to downtown Tampa and the promenade by the ocean. Really a great host, a clean house, great coffee. the house is old and it has that old inn vibe. loved it.

This is a wonderful place to stay - the neighborhood is beautiful and safe. More importantly, Jessica is a wonderful host - I felt welcome and at home.

A gem, needed a quick and short stay with retuning and not boosting the tenants out of the my local place. Quick response and felt welcomed.

Simply great; host and her family are warm, friendly and helpful, the home was a perfect location between Tampa and Hyde Park, the bed was comfortable and bathroom and kitchen were well equipped. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again.
