We had a great time and were pleased with the space for us with 6 children! We couldn’t use the pool bc of the weather but we did check it out and it was clean, well kept, and serviced (we are pool owners too). The owners were very responsive, particularly when I set off the alarm when I burned something in the oven! Apparently the fire department can be quite responsive so good to know if you need EMS :). Hopefully you don’t! Kids had a blast throwing a football and kicking the soccer ball in the yard and carport. Jackson Falls and some other parks are close by if you like an easy hike. Awesome old waterfall that no longer has water falling, but a great site. Colton’s is a good place to eat for food and there is a bowling alley nearby. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook and the owners were generous with starter items like trash bags and dish soap. We appreciated that! It is very quiet and peaceful and a beautiful country property. Owners were so nice and responsive.

This home is truly a "hidden gem". My family loved our time at Primm Springs. It's just what we were looking for. A beautiful place to unplug and just relax. The house is wonderful - very clean, comfortable beds, with plenty of space for our group of eight. Amenities were great, we had everything we needed. The outdoor space was amazing. The patio is beautiful with more than enough seating for everyone; and the pool was enjoyed by all. The grand children especially loved the wading pool. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely book here again. Cynthia C.

We had a great, relaxing stay. It was exactly what we needed for our family. However, the wifi could definitely be improved (we would’ve liked to have had a movie night) and it would be nice to have some additional exterior lighting around the pool and deck areas. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay; thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

If you want a peaceful and relaxing place to take in nature and refresh, this is the location. It has plenty of space and a great patio for lounging around the pool and grilling out. We had a great time here.
