Erica and her husband are wonderful hosts! We took a wrong turn thanks to our online maps on the way there and she was super helpful with directions. We got there and everything was set up for us with the tent, air matress, and down blankets and it was so comfy! Great experience with her. The property is beautiful, the animals are sweet, the hosts are great, and I would definitely go back. The outside shower is lovely and having the flush toilet and full bathroom was camping luxury! Definitely recommend for a trip in the area.

We had an amazing stay at Erica’s, great hosts who went above and beyond to help us check in despite the bad weather. Beautiful location with stunning views. Lovely to meet all the animals, especially Maggie! Hot outdoor shower was a great! Thank you Erica, Rob and Juniper!

I cannot express enough how wonderful of a time I had intro-camping amidst Erica and Rob’s beautiful garden. Rob and Erica were so friendly, accommodating, flexible and it was so pleasant chatting with them (and Sally, one of their sweet chickens, and Maggie, their welcoming dog). I took a refreshing hike through their expansive private backwoods and went to some of the spots they recommended in their House Manual. Erica also gave me more recommendations upon me asking her! Stratton Snowmaking Pond is a must on a weekday (when it’s less crowded). I loved that tent they set up for me was just at the edge of the woods yet still in their big backyard so I felt safe as a beginner camper while still having privacy in the great outdoors.

I found this place at the most perfect time for where I was and for the weather. My needs and expectations based on the listing were met 100 percent. I felt welcomed, communication was spot on, and I felt the owners went out of their way to do so. As someone new to New England, I was in awe of the beauty of the surroundings and uniqueness if not only the property but the drive there. Highlights were their outside shower and the little store at the end of the street. I would suggest finding the place early during daylight hours as cell service is iffy (unless you are totally accustomed to driving in the area.) I would definitely stay here again, and indeed tried to, but things were booked. I can't say enough of how much appreciated be and enjoyed my time there.

DON’T USE THE GPS. It’ll lead you the wrong way which I foolishly learned the hard way but thankfully Erica & Rob are great people & helped to tow my car! The camping experience was also really cool & a good opportunity for travelers who don’t have their own tent. I’ve never seen so many stars in my life. I highly recommend!
