Absolutely stunning place to stay. By far our favorite airbnb we have ever booked out. Our host was responsive and extremely helpful. The onsite staff were amazing and friendly. The penthouse was incredible and well stocked. We cant wait to come back!

What an INCREDIBLE week!!! The condo was absolute perfection, the amenities were perfect, Jerry went above and beyond to provide local restaurants and even offered to have snacks and drinks already in the condo! The location couldn’t be beat, it was in my favorite spot in PV! Walkable to the right was zona romantica, and to the left was a beautiful walk on the beach amongst gorgeous homes, and one of my favorites restaurants, La Playita. The building has 3 pristine pools, a gorgeous gym and a delicious restaurant (which also delivers to the condo!) not to mention our own private pool!? I mean come on! I truly felt like I was at home there the whole week. Can’t wait to come back!! Thank you!!!!

We loved the condo as well as the buildings amenities. From the gym, to the pools, jacuzzi, and restaurant all were in great condition and well cared for. The condo was very comfortable and the indoor-outdoor feel of the unit with its sliding doors and awesome views was fabulous. Jerry also has it stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom basics which is very helpful for guests. Location-wise if you like to walk everywhere you have to go through some sand and up and over a little rocky path. Not a big deal but something to keep in mind. You can of course easily take a cab from the front too. The location is quiet and peaceful at night, great for sleeping. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it!

From the moment we entered the apartment, we never wanted to leave. The ocean views throughout are spectacular, and there are numerous places from which you can sit or lie and enjoy the vistas. I would recommend bringing binoculars to enjoy the incredible birdwatching and maybe whale and dolphin spotting too. The deck is spacious and well-appointed. The apartment is sophisticated yet comfortable. The building itself has everything one could want: from a gym to a lap pool to a hot tub to a cafe; the entire complex is in mint condition and lovingly cared for. Restaurants and shops are an easy walk via the beach. Jerry was wonderful at communicating promptly, and his welcoming assistant Arturo made accessing the unit simple. Arturo described the vibe of the apartment complex as a place where people love to read and enjoy the tranquility; it truly was an oasis. The only disappointment to our experience was that it ended and that we had to return home.

This is a terrific unit in all respects. Stunning view, great amenities, easy access (unless you have mobility issues and stairs pose a problem, because you need to ascend one flight to access the apartment). The kitchen is well-appointed, and there is more than ample seating throughout, which is a big plus. It feels like being in a home, not a typical hotel or AirBNB unit. There are books and board games and nice design touches. The entire side of the unit has doors that open to the amazing deck that features a private plunge pool and incredible view of the bay. We left them open all night, and it was like sleeping outside in the best respect. Arturo was a gracious host, and waited two extra hours to meet us, as our flight had been delayed. Jerry, the owner, is responsive pre-visit, and very helpful with recommendations. Overall, this unit is one of our favorite AirBNB's of all time, and the experience was a delight. Would stay again, and plan to!
