Grill on the deck, roast s'mores over the firepit & stroll or fish along the creek babbling through this quiet hamlet at the foot of the Catskills in the Upper Delaware Scenic Byway. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining room & home office + a spacious yard, leaves room to spread out & relax! 5 min drive to Callicoon shopping/dining/restored 1940s movie theatre 7 min to Simenary Hill 20 min to Bethel Woods The house is designed to sleep up to 5 adults comfortably, or 4 adults with 1-2 children. I allow up to 6 adults to stay without an additional charge.

This place was awesome! It was in a beautiful area, and very peaceful. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely book this place again!
The Horton house was a beautiful place to spend the weekend. Really close to callicoon (4 min drive) and lots of activities to do around the Delaware river. The backyard is amazing and the fire pit and gathering area is amazing. Perfect place for a peaceful weekend with friends and family.
