The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 well-equipped bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - All bedrooms offer amenities such as a queen-sized bed, AC, wardrobe and the rooms overlook the stunning gardens. - 2 bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. - Extra mattresses can be provided on request. BATHROOMS - There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The pathway leading up to this villa is dotted with towering trees and lush greenery, transporting you to your own oasis. - The home opens up to a spacious living room on the ground floor, replete with furnishings for up to 7 people. - It is equipped with a wired music system, TV, AC, Wi-Fi access and a wired CCTV camera. - The airconditioned dining area is a part of the living room, and is equipped with seating for up to 8 people. - The exteriors of the villa promise to be your ideal haven. - It features a well-maintained, green lawn, with outdoor furnishings for up to 4 people. - Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool, 35x25 ft. in size and 4.75 ft. in depth. - Guests will have access to the pool from 8 AM to 9 PM. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
