nice house clean plenty of space

There's nothing glamorous about this mobile home, but it was convenient to where my relatives live. The home is on a block foundation, and the owners have remodeled the inside--especially the kitchen. The place was mostly clean, with minor dust. We were aware of a strong doggy smell in the front bedroom, but the housekeeper brought us some Febreze when we told her about it. I loved the modern Noritake dishware, and there were sufficient kitchen supplies. There was no mattress protector on the beds, which will be a problem soon, but the bed linens were in good condition and clean. Nice artwork throughout. Two towel holders in the ensuite bathroom had fallen off the wall, and the lawn was about 6" high. The white bath linens were washed without bleach and were stained and turning grey. The shower curtain should be changed or washed soon, and a bathroom sink stopper had to be propped up for the water to drain. I wouldn't stay here for a vacation, but it was fine for sleeping & breakfast.

Does not sleep 6 as advertised. Two adults could not sleep comfortably on old futon in living room. Minimal extra bedding. Only 4 pillows unless we used pillows in the 2 pillow shams.

This home was remodeled well and looks like good effort was put in. The bath products were higher end and the space was clutter free and tidy. Unfortunately this home has a mold issue and I had a sore throat within a hour. The weather cooperated and we were able to keep all the windows open with box fans pulling fresh air through.
