House in Taylor, Michigan conveniently located near the airport, a shopping mall, restaurants, grocery stores and parks. Downtown detroit is only 15 minute away by car and Ann Arbor is about a 30 minute drive. Guests will have access to a private bedroom, a private bathroom, and a private sitting room equipped with a 43 inch TV that has a fire stick and an array of streaming services. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, fully loaded kitchen, and a weight room. Bedroom is equipped with a queen sized mattress, a full standing mirror and plenty of storage space. Sitting room is equipped with chairs and a 43 inch TV with many streaming services. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, indoor grill, air fryer, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and rice cooker. I just ask to not use the porcelain dish set. The laundry room, equipped with washer, dryer, ironing board and deep freezer, is in the basement. Guests will have a private bedroom, a private bathroom, and a private sitting room where they can relax and watch TV. The living room is off limits. Please do not sit on the furniture. The weight room is equipped with a 55 inch TV, a power rack for bench press and squats up to 315 pounds, not including 2 20 pound chains, and dumbbells for minor workouts. For liability reasons, this area is restricted unless a waiver is signed and a payment of $5 a day is received. Please be aware that the house has a security system and the backyard and my office has security cameras that run 24/7.
