My stay was very enjoyable and worth every dollar. We had a great time in the pool and making food outside on the grill. The home had so much room to accommodate all of us which was great! Lots of parking space and plenty of rooms for everyone. And the pool was a real good time, the water was at perfect temperature! Over all the home was beautiful and Erica was a great host even calling me to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything.

House was great as advertised, kitchen was well stocked including plenty of plates, cups and silverware, very clean and comfortable if family gets together again in PHX will try to use again

Beautiful home and it’s a lot bigger than the pictures make it seem. It’s in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and outdoor activities.

We had a great stay at Erica's home. The home was clean, spacious and fit all our needs. We loved the comfy furniture, with plenty of space for all. We had a great time playing pool, too. It wasn't warm enough to swim, but the pool was still inviting. The beds were comfortable. We loved that every room had a ceiling fan. The whole home was just perfect for our stay, celebrating a college graduation. Erica was super accommodating and responsive to messages. I would highly recommend staying here and we would again in a heartbeat.
