Historic building in a fabulous location on the quay. We enjoyed watching gulls, divers, and grebes on the river from our windows. Ramelton is a very walkable town with inviting restaurants, delis, food trucks, and pubs. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The thick walls present connectivity problems. WiFi router is on the ground floor so internet works best in the 1st level kitchen. Cell coverage is better on the top floors by the windows. EVERY room in the building (including bathrooms) is on a different level-- seven in total--all connected by stairs. The shower, for example, was three levels down from the master bedroom.

Superb house in a great location! My family (wife, two young boys and dog) had a brilliant stay in Ramelton. The house is overlooking the river and lots of bars, restaurants and local amenities are within walking distance. The pictures do not do the house justice, it is very unique and spacious. The internet did not work for us but the TV is wifi enabled meaning you can log-on to your Netflix/Prime etc. Would highly recommend a stay in Ramelton and in this stunning spot.

Fantastic accommodation, very well kitted out and cleanliness was spot on. Really good location on the old quay. Ramelton was a lovely friendly village to stay in.
