Our family had a great stay! We really loved the open shared space and huge kitchen! The swings below were also a fun place to relax and read a book or enjoy the view! Would definitely come back and recommend to other families planning to visit Dauphin Island!

Great spot that was close to the beach! Golf cart rental option was great. Pet friendly, decorated wonderfully, very clean and organized. Very responsive host and property manager.

Best sunsets I’ve ever seen! We loved our stay! The house was bright and clean! The island itself is a bit more isolated than we expected- recommend bringing groceries with you (especially produce). But, the scenery was breathtaking and the home was comfortable. Will definitely be back!

We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Dauphin Island Beach Rental’s Granary Place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. The layout of the home was perfect for us and we treasured the spacious bathroom after a long day on the beach. Centrally located to many sites on the island and we walked to the beach with our dogs several mornings. Their maintenance person was incredibly friendly and helped us figure out how to use the master bedroom ceiling fan. Overall, we highly recommend both the host and the rental property. Our only complaint, which was small in comparison to what the trip offered, was that there were bare minimum kitchen amenities. If you like to cook (like we do), then bringing mixing bowls, measuring spoons, etc. is recommended. Thank you for a lovely stay, DIBR!
