It’s a good place to stay and very centrally located . Access to all hangouts, beach and nearby restaurants, salons and stores at walking distance. Soumya is a wonderful host , very friendly and responsive and understanding of needs. Stayed at Nest 2 which is one of the two rooms . Place is spacious, neat and with all amenities needed. A few teething issues to the cooling power of AC , bed mattress could be softer and some bath fix. But Soumya was able to address and if this is upgraded - it will be higher value for money. Approach or entry gate has a vegetable shop, and may be strewed with old produce at times . Despite these it’s a lovely old villa and perfect for 1-2 persons to comfortably get by for short to mid term stay. Thanks for a good stay.
It was a wonderful stay and loved Sowmya’s place. The location is just amazing, very close to all my favorite spots in Goa. Definitely coming to stay here only wenever visiting next and surely recommending it to friends and family.
Super comfortable and adorable stay with all necessary amenities. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. Location is great and best thing is the location has parking space. Overall great experience.
We visited this cottage with our baby and dog. t is a beautiful and well located Airbnb near Anjuna. it's close to Baga, Anjuna and also walking distance from many restaurents. The room is cozy with good decor, a nice seating area and a bed. There is a large open common seating area outside as well. The kitchen also has utensils, etc. Cleaning was arranged daily. We absolutely loved our stay. The only issue we faced was that there were repairs happening during our stay that caused some disturbance. However, they were promptly looking into maintenance of the place. I highly recommend staying here.

Take Anjuna -Mapusa towards the starco junction or beach (near Angry sardar courtyard Restaurant/Little Spice).
Behind Little spice, Next to the green house and in front of Yash wines, you will see a small road
Follow the small road for 50 metres , you will see a sign board with a fenced gate. Cottage towards your right hand side.
