It is absolutely brilliant here. a lovely coach house and a garden. we love it here. It's very quiet and close to the town and beach and wet lands. It is clean, tidy and cosy. I would highly recommend coming here. Lisa, Pete and Clemi xxx

Apartment was fantastic, the photos don't really do it justice: lovely and spacious. Steep stairs to get up, which was fine for us, but worth noting for others. Clear instructions, lots of helpful suggestions for local food and activities, and some milk and cakes greeted us on arrival! Loved the fact that there were clearly labeled bins for recycling just about everything. WiFi good as well. Kitchen was fab, with plenty utensils etc. for cooking. Only complaint is the mattress on the main bed was a bit too firm for my liking. Nevertheless, fantastic find and so pleased we stayed. Great, quiet location near Seaton Wetlands, which is fantastic for walking and bird life. We heard owls at night! Space to park a car right outside, very easy to walk or drive into town. Lots to do in Seaton: the trams were great, walks along the beach, and easy to get to Beer and other stunning locations. Thanks for hosting us, we would love to come back again.

A quite location for this clean and well equipped flat. It is warm and has nice touches such as books, maps and games. Easy access for the town centre. We did not meet the host but she was communicated with us well. (Note everything is upstairs so this should be borne in mind if you have mobility issues.)

As usual we enjoyed our stay as we have stayed 3 times previously with the grandchildren visiting family. There were a couple of issues only this time being some cups and cutlery needed to be washed again before using 🥴 And please could you add a microwave simply for warming meals and milk for the baby if nothing else 🙏
