This place was amazing. We checked in much later than originally planned but Donna was there to greet us and let us in. Since we checked in when it was already dark we were able to enjoy the star filled sky. In the morning we were able to enjoy the beautiful view that this property offers. My only regret was that I couldn’t stay longer to enjoy this Oasis. Donna was great and offered many services for our dog since we were leaving for a day at the park.

This was a gem of an Airbnb! It was a perfect size for my family of 4. My 2 young sons loved the pool and the miniature ponies, donkeys and normal sized cats. We even got to hold newborn goats! The best part for me was being able to bring my dog. There is a kennel on site but Donna offered us dog walking services if we needed it while the family was off adventuring. The place itself was well appointed and felt luxurious. It is a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment that is accessed through the garage but has a private entrance and is separated from the main house. The access to a private balcony and laundry room was amazing. The shower was angled dormer style ceiling but the tub was jetted! Donna was so hospitable and made us feel welcome. Her recommendations were spot on… where to find the best beach, great restaurants and how to find the grocery. We enjoyed our long weekend there and would highly recommend!

Sandy Creek Airbnb, Mathews, VA loved it so much I booked it for the 4th of July. It was so peaceful and the views were beautiful. There are kinds of amenities, all you to bring is your clothes and food. The beds are a dream. The best night sleep I’ve had in a long time. The owner rescues animals but especially ponies. You can pet and feed them. There is large heated swimming pool, a bar, and a grill. There is a deck you walk out onto and you can see the beautiful country. Donna the owner was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone. I’ve already shared with my family and friends.

Nice place good amount of extra sheets and towels a kitchen with all you need. Donna was very friendly and accommodating we enjoyed our stay
