We had a great time at this house despite the old ripped cushions outside, broken chairs at table, very in organized kitchen. Very old and could use some updates, no kayak as advertised. It was very fun but not really worth the price as it is now . The neighborhood dog is friendly, but creates a problem if you bring a dog that has to be tied up per the rules. He just comes right in the yard .

Marks place was amazing! There was so much to do and the place was well taken care of. Definitely recommend and would totally revisit!

Mark's place was exactly what we were looking for. The house felt like home. We especially enjoyed the hammocks and BBQ while watching the sunset on the river bank. Excellent place for families, so much to do. Dogs do need to stay on the leash. Be aware that food lion is about 10 mins away, so be prepared to drive back and forth, especially if you forget little things. Marks place does come well equipped, but things like butter or milk will need to be brought in. We enjoyed the fire pit, smores galore!! Very friendly neighbors. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb vacation. We definitely made everlasting memories.

Awesome place good fishing if you get local bait, bloodworms and then cut bait for bigger fish. Had a great time

We wanted a place to celebrate my Daughters 16th. Birthday . Mark place was perfect! The home was equipped with everything we needed! We made s’mores, grilled out, went canoeing, played pool, enjoyed the hot tub, and fished! We now have beautiful family memories. The home has a wonderful layout . Comfortable beds, 3 full bathrooms, and we loved the kitchen. The deck was spacious and well designed. Mark was very easy to communicate with and gave us clear instructions on everything. Mark is a kind person and very welcoming. We now have beautiful family memories ! We look forward to another visit to Mark’s place.
