Words cannot describe our visit. It is the kind of experience that makes you say, hmmm I could retire and live here. The location, view and amenities were perfect. It was late March so not conducive to spotting dolphins, sunning on the dock, paddle boarding, etc., but that gives us a reason to return at different times of the year! We enjoyed the spring music of the abundant song birds, watched a beautiful fox traverse the front field and the beauty of 10 deer traveling through. Cannot wait to return!

Wow, hands down the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. This was exactly what I had hoped for and more. The views are absolutely beautiful, you cannot beat that sunset view right from the bedroom and kitchen windows. The house was cozy, clean and we really felt at home. Our favorite part was the river of course… having access to the river and being able to enjoy the water in private was something we really appreciated coming from a beach town. We hope to stay here again soon!

Perfectly private with proximity to restaurants and market (under 5-minute drive). Wonderful for two families traveling with children who were looking for privacy, natural beauty, and a comfortable house. The house is exactly as described, and it is comfortable, stocked, and possibly more beautiful than in pictures. Matt is responsive and helpful. In the area, we recommend Sandpiper and River Market in White Stone, as well as Fish Hawk Oyster Bar at the Tides Inn in Irvington. We are already thinking about going back!

This was the nicest air BNB we have ever used and loved everything about it. Matt was also very flexible about check in and check out which we really appreciated.
