If you are thinking about renting Brian's home, do it!!! His home was so amazing, so clean, spacious and cozy. The bay for a front yard with a private beach! Brian is a wonderful host, very responsive! Everything that you would need to enjoy a wonderful vacation is available. We were so thrilled the moment we walked in. It just felt like home. We cant wait to come back!!

The view out of back porch each morning was priceless! Brian thought of everything and was so responsive regarding any questions we had. The internet was very slow. However, we loved being able to unplug and spend quality time together. And A+ movie options! All of the beach amenities (kayaks, umbrellas, chairs) were so handy! It made packing simple knowing we had everything we needed. Thank you for creating a little slice of heaven!

If you are thinking about booking this place do it , you will not regret it! The house is perfectly set up to enjoy a beautiful beach vacation with your family. The house is clean and well stocked with everything you need! Lots of extra touches that you don’t usually find! The private beach area is perfect for the the kids to swim and play all day with no worries! Just bring water shoes as there are lots of shells. My daughters had the best time setting the crab trap and eating their catch, it was amazing! Brian was very responsive to any questions we had and communication was great as well as his recommendations for some of the local places! Beautiful early morning sunrises and calm waters in the morning are a perfect time to take advantage of the kayaks that are there and available for use! Plus watch for the dolphins and eagle! The fire pit was also a big hit with the kids to sit at and make s’mores after a busy day at the beach! We will definitely be returning!

What a peaceful location for our family of 5 to reset! We immediately felt at home in the house, everything you may need. Clean and no personal clutter. We were able to set up on the private beach each day and relax while our 3 kids roamed the waters and played in the sand….yes,bring water shoes or just wait for the afternoon sandbars to be exposed. Outdoor amenities were perfect. Plenty of loungers, chairs and umbrellas for you to use. A variety of kayaks (4) to fit each persons style (the catamaran was our favorite!) We attempted crabbing with the homes traps and had amazing luck and a delicious dinner to end the night. Wildlife was abundant, dolphins, osprey, extremely friendly heron…..came right up to my chair during sunrise and can’t forget to mention the frogs sticking on the house :) Star gazed every night and topped it off with s’mores by the fire….thank you :) We can’t thank you enough for sharing your home away from home with us. It was exactly what we needed.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was beautiful and just the right amount of space and the beach could not be beat! Our children played, we relaxed, and memories were made! We will definitely be returning next summer!
