Place exceeds the pictures. Extra towels, hot tub towels, clean as a whistle and I'm a Marine. Games, book full of instructions, restaurants, menus, places to go and detailed instructions. Would give 5 stars if possible as the host was on the ball and quick to respond. Would come back.

Great place. Close to a lot of the hikes and other activities. Place was clean and had extra things we didn’t think to bring!

This cottage is an oasis in beautiful Toccoa! From the huge wooded backyard to the deck and hot tub, you feel like you’re on vacation!

I would give this place 6 stars if possible. So clean, so comfy, so thoughtful. The backyard is like a botanical garden. What a perfect place to enjoy a few days with my daughter on her spring break. Highly highly recommended. Joseph is so incredibly thoughtful.
