Myself and 2 friends stayed at Hanoi Little hotel on two occasions during our trip to Hanoi. We did not get the room we had booked but we were notified before hand and the hotel provided a free airport transfer in lieu of this. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful, and provided us with excellent advice on tours which they booked for us in Hanoi. Rooms were clean and neat. Check whether breakfast is included - ours wasn't. Overall we had a good stay here. Would definitely recommend it.

Sarah & her staff were very warm & welcoming. We booked the loft room 801 as it has space and a kitchen area. Travelling for months with a child means you sometimes just want to stay in and cook. Although there were 3 saucepans & 4 teeny weeny cups there was nothing else you would expect to be able to cook with. No frying pan, wooden spoons or fish slices teaspoons ,sugar , chopping board or knives. It made cooking anything a real challenge. The loft room is amazing and even though we had very cold weather for our first few days we were given a heater and spent the time snuggled in our flat with city views. The beeping horns do start at 4:30am so if you're a light sleeper you will definitely need ear plugs. All the staff are happy to help in any way be it ordering taxis or food delivery.

Location Great location, near the streets that sells Christmas decorations, setting the mood for Christmas! There's a minimart just opposite the place for you to buy water, washing powder, etc. Room We traveled in a group of 3 (3 single beds) but the room given was not as described in the pictures. The room is smaller and there is only a small space for us to walk through to get to the toilet. We stayed on the 6th floor & could hear the faint "beep beep" of motorists in Hanoi every morning. Staff Staff was friendly in general, introducing the various famous eateries around the area when we first arrived. They were quite keen to know of our plans, only because they wanted us to book the bus/train tickets/tourist trips through them.
