Over all great accommodations. But heating systems inadequate as it was always cold in the house. When checking out in morning dishwasher didn’t turn on?

This house was nice, well furnished, and clean. The linens and towels provided were very nice. The patio area was exceptional. First Choice staff was friendly and very helpful. They surprised us with a gift card to a local grocery store - a very thoughtful gesture. The neighborhood was quiet and the people friendly. It was an easy drive to the beach although we were vacationing over the Thanksgiving holiday, not during the summer months so can't speak to the busy season. We enjoyed ourselves and would consider this location again. Would have helped to have clearer instructions for television and internet use. My only negative would be that the cleaning fee is, I feel, unreasonably high.

First Choice did a great job responding to questions, messages, and emails in a timely manner. The property was in a good location with ample space inside/outside and had great decorations. Check-in process was also very simple and a great experience especially since we checked in at a later time. Some tips for those staying: make sure you bring toilet paper and hand soap for the bathrooms because this property does not provide it which is a bit odd. The house was generally clean but some areas could have used a better touch up. Lastly, the wifi was cut off at 9:30am even though the check out time was 10:00am and we had paid until 10:00am.
