Perfect place to stay in Hoi An. The location is great - quiet but close to the centre of town and right beside a shop where you can get anything you need. The availability of the bikes was a great feature, as was the pool. Very clean room and spacious bathroom. All the staff were lovely and gave some great recommendations for food and coffee. Would stay here again for sure.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cette villa avec peu de chambres donc agréable et tranquille au calme. Le logement est légèrement excentré de l’hyper centre de Hoi An mais permet d’y accéder facilement à pieds en 10 min à peine. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Nous avons été superbement accueillis par Toan qui a pris le temps de nous présenter la ville, les choses à faire et activités et nous a fourni une liste complète de bonnes adresses. La piscine était vraiment un plus ! Des vélos sont également à disposition pour permettre d’explorer les environs (plage et coco village). Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet établissement !

Toan's place was really nice, and it was a calm place not far from the old town. We could take some bikes to get there even faster and to spent a day at the beach. I would recommend staying here

Toan and his staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had the comfiest bed and the room was in a great location to walk to the old town. Toan also helped organise a taxi and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Great stay!

The access to bikes was one of our favourite things about this place! We were able to ride around the Old Town. We also loved the breakfast served every morning. I would not hesitate to come back to Toan's place. Great communication!
