Beautiful well funished 2 story home on the lake. Great fishing... Beautiful scenery.... Wildlife everywhere, from baby geese, bald eagles, beavers, i could go on and on.... You could take a kayak around the lake or sit on the back dock and watch the sun set ... This house has it all ... It was a wonderful stay !

Colleen’s home was extraordinary. It is a beautiful two story home and the only down side of our visit was that we were only able to stay there for three nights. There is a beautiful view overseeing the lake, there are plenty of rooms and space to feel at home in, and the pictures are accurate depictions of what you will see when staying here. Colleen is kind and offers assistance with any questions you might have, we had absolutely no complaints about our stay. The decorations are lovely, the landscape is great, and one does not feel bored for a minute while being in the house. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Colleen's place in Tully was not only a perfect home base for our recent visit to the area, but a warm and welcoming place to be during my daughter's graduation from Syracuse! The space was comfortable (the beds were SO comfortable!!) and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We had a wonderful family breakfast the first morning of our stay and the kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to prepare our meals. Colleen was also a highly responsive and welcoming host ~ truly the best of the best Airbnb has to offer! My only regret is that we discovered this gem of a lake house as my daughter was graduating from college - but the lake house would certainly be worth a return trip! Thank you for making our stay one to remember, Colleen!

We booked a 3 night stay over the memorial day weekend. Colleen is a wonderful host and readily accessible at all times over text / phone. She promptly answered all queries and ensured we had a comfortable stay. From having the heat on before we stepped, to all instructions inscribed on carefully hand written notes. The house was in immaculate condition and in a very scenic location right by the lake. The grill, patio and the deck right by the lake make it a picture perfect location to spend a quiet vacation with family away from the city. Highly recommend!
