The home was beautiful and clean but there were some problems that really impacted our stay. The oven was broken, the washer was broken, the master bedroom fireplace and door lock did not work, and the BBQ was out of propane. I want to be fair to the property manager as they were quick to respond and sent out a maintenance person the next day. Unfortunately, none of the problems except propane were able to be fixed during our stay. The house was so clean and perfect I believe that it was just bad luck and timing for our stay as the appliances were all very high end and everything in the house looked to be very well taken care of. Our family would absolutely stay here again we had a great time the house and it was better than described minis the appliance issues which I truly believe was bad luck and not for lack of maintenance.
Great home in Government Camp. Easy and quick drive to the mountain. This 3 floor place worked great for my family- the youngsters hung out in the bottom floor with their own living room, the middle floor is the shared space with another living room and the 3 bedrooms are on the top floor. I was lucky enough to stay in the spacious master bedroom which was a treat.
The place was in the perfect location and a great size for our group and dogs!
Good place
Lovely large home that fit 9 people well. Nice location at the end of the road so it feels relatively private (though a large house just next store. Easy 1/2 mile walk into town, and we very much enjoyed our stay with lots of different areas for the group to gather or spread out. As one other guest mentioned, the downstairs bedroom has something pretty odd going on with the headboards (the ARE attached but lean forward over the beds and we couldn't seem to fix them). One other small issue in that the toilet paper holder in one of the upstairs bathrooms was broken, but otherwise all clean and very enjoyable/comfortable. I would stay here again with a large group.
