Our stay at Julie's beautiful condo was about as close to perfect as one could ever ask for. Gorgeous location, right on the beach with a sunset view. Beautiful condo with new renovations throughout. All possible amenities that one could want. Julie is lovely herself - always 100% responsive, friendly, helpful - couldn't be better. We only had one minor issue while there - the TV in the living room lost its picture. Julie was on it instantly with a brand-new replacement TV and we were back in business the very next day. If you get a chance to stay here, take it - you WILL NOT regret it!

Julie is an exceptional host. Her condo is just as pictured but even more beautiful. Spotlessly clean, very well maintained. Everything you can imagine you would need is there, including beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. really comfortable beds and lovely fluffy towels. Kitchen has everything! However, the very best feature is the location. Right on a very quiet beach with a heated pool just steps away. Plus, Julie is really nice. I can’t wait to return.

Julie’s condo is located in Aldea Mar—a very quiet, beachfront community in Venice. The condo is nicely decorated, with two comfortable bedrooms, granite countertops in both bathrooms and kitchen., and a nice living room. The condo looks exactly like the photos. It also has easy beach access to a beautiful beach with very few people. In addition, there is a huge, warm swimming pool. Aldea Mar is on Venice Island with close proximity to downtown and all the amenities. Julie is very responsive to all your needs.

Checked all possible boxes -great unit, great location, great host…..we’re already set to come back next year.
