Jim & JoAnn's place was wonderful. The hosts were sweet and accommodating. They were so thoughtful with the amenities (water, cheese, popcorn, Roku, toiletries, etc.). The studio had everything we needed and then some, plus it was really clean. The location was amazing. Running Y Ranch is a hidden gem. We can't wain to come back and play golf, try the putt putt course which is walking distance from the studio, and take advantage of the spa and swimming pool. Thank you Jim & JoAnn - you made us feel at home. ~ Jessy

We loved the location and even extended by one day. Jim and JoAnn’s place far surpassed the photos. We loved being walking distance to the spa and golf club house. We hope to return.

Had such a wonderful Thanksgiving getaway. Jim and JoAnn's place had everything I needed, plus some. There were so many thoughtful "extras" included with the Airbnb like snacks, bottles of water, toiletries, a binder full of local recommendations, etc.. The bed was super warm and comfy on cold fall nights. I enjoyed the walking trail, ice rink, and fitness center at the Flying Y Ranch. Thanks so much for a great stay!

This guest suite is a compact studio that is a model of efficiency. Very comfortable, we never felt cramped. Well laid out and many thoughtful touches: snacks, extra throws and towels, games and puzzles, wifi password clearly displayed, and a binder full of information about the area. A lot of thought has obviously gone into making the most of the space and creating a welcoming feeling. This is located in a resort with many features, including a lodge and nice restaurant, all adding to the attraction of the place. We're already thinking of trying to come back!

Fabulous place to stay! Jim and Joann are amazing hosts! The bed was incredibly comfy and Joann goes above and beyond for her guests. She supplies small snacks and candies, spare tooth brushes, shower bombs, shampoo & conditioner, a few games, and so much more you don’t think you need until you get there. Be sure to check out her extremely well put together binder about the bnb, popular things to do in town, as well as menus of all the restaurants located at the resort. I did make the mistake of thinking this bnb was the entire house to ourselves, but it is actually a room in their home with a separate entry door they converted to a bnb. Jim has sound proofed the entire unit so you genuinely feel like you’re staying at a hotel room for the fraction of the price. We will definitely love to stay here again!
