The bed was comfortable, the host responded at reasonable times and instructions were clear. It’s a quiet neighborhood with a playground. All the pots, pans, utensils you need were there so that was good when we cooked breakfast. The patio could’ve been fixed up a lil better. There were old cigarette buds and empty beer can that were left on the patio when we arrive. Enjoy the stay. Would Recommend.

Overall a good experience with a courteous and responsive host. I requested to book very last minute and they were able to accommodate. The unit was clean, however I did find perishable food items in the refrigerator when I arrived. The outlet for the television in the living room was covered in masking tape which wasn’t a big deal, just a little bit tacky looking and is such an easy and inexpensive fix that would make the space look a lot more presentable. Some of the rugs were very cheap and flimsy and I found myself constantly tripping over them. There was also some used toiletries in the shower. Also, check-out instructions weren’t provided until 2 hours before check-out and I had an appointment that morning so I had to rush to get it all done to avoid any additional fees. None of this was a huge deal but just a few recommendations to make it a little nicer future guests.

My daughter and I had a great stay. I didn't see the negative that was posted in other reviews. Very cozy and simple place; the only negative is based on my personality. I like to know in advance check-out procedures to execute how the sponsor wishes—plenty of close-by activities and close enough to the beach. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
