Richard’s flat was a delight. I stayed there with my brother for a month and it was the perfect London base. Comfortable beds, interesting decor, fun touches like vinyl records, and literally seconds away from the Tube.

We loved this home. Charmingly decorated, full of little personal touches, it was well equipped with everything you could want in the kitchen, and the beds were comfortable and good sized. There’s lots of room to spread out. The location was just steps away from the Arsenal tube station, which put us on the Piccadilly line, convenient to many of the sightseeing and shopping spots we were after. Richard also responded quickly and helpfully to all my queries. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier. There are stairs though, both inside and outside the flat, so it’s definitely not accessible for anyone with mobility problems.

Richard's place is lovely, it has a historic luxurious feel :D. It's like a well maintained old house with history and comfort. I would definitely recommend staying here, and Richard is very kind and responsive. Location: minutes away from the Arsenal station, which is the Piccadilly line (pretty convenient especially if you're coming from Heathrow). Otherwise like 15 min to downtown. Cleanliness: Clean, towels and sheets smell nice. Everything was tidy and organized. Other details: Beds were comfy. Towels, soaps and kitchen appliances were nice quality. The house has pretty good ventilation with big windows you can open in the hot summer. Bonus: Decoration gets an A+, nice furniture, cute little plants and candles and details about trips everywhere. You can really feel the personality coming through.

So thankful for the stay! Really nice apartment, had this cool vibe in it. So many things in the kitchen to use, bathroom amenities smelled luxurious :) Balcony was nice, playstation made kids happy, comfortable bed, beautiful neighbourhood, 30sec walk to tube station straight to Covent Garden. Loved every second we spent there 😍 Richard, the host, was so helpful. Totally recommend!
