Mun Tulum was a unique modern townhome set in a what felt like the jungle, though we were only a block from the highway. The apartment was really beautiful and had lots to offer like a rooftop pool in our own unit as well as common areas where we could work out and play games with the kids. It was pretty easy to walk to the big grocery store and get what we needed to cook in the apartment. We tried to take Colectivos around town, which worked pretty well.

We really enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. We were travelling with a big group, including four young children, and the bedrooms with private bathrooms worked well for us! The house was beautiful, the shared pool area was great for hanging out and for kids, and the private rooftop pool was great for evenings and quiet hangouts while the kids napped. I would definitely recommend having bikes or a car to get around. The hosts checked in regularly, were easy to get a hold of, and made great recommendations. We look forward to staying with them again!

Great home, right off the main highway that leads into Tulum from Cancun/Playa Del Carmen. All bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Lots of towels and fully stocked kitchen. We were welcomed with a fresh pineapple and a bottle of wine, love that!!! We needed extra time checking out and the host was very accommodating.

Great location close to Tulum centro and not far from the beach. The hosts were great responded quickly and had great recommendations anything you need they got you.

The place was beautiful. A hidden gem. We were literally walking distance from Tulum Ruins, local grocery store, Starbucks and restaurants. The house was amazing! Every amenity you would need, this property had! Miroslava, our hostess, was phenomenal!! She was very responsive. All our requests were met with positive responses! Miroslava got it done! From Birthday Decor to our private chef, we were so pleased with both! She made awesome recommendations for restaurants and activities and had such a positive upbeat demeanor! Only down fall, we were away from the beach. Needed to take a cab, bike or scooter to beach. For some biking or renting a scooter would be a pleasant adventure! I’m not that adventurous!🤷🏾‍♀️ Overall wonderful trip!! Thank you Ben, Miroslava and your team for such a wonderful Birthday Celebration!!
