Beautiful spacious home, great for families (the sofa was amazing). Garage access was a plus! Easy highway access and about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville. Will definitely be back! 😊

Herbert was helpful when we needed him, and let us know he would always be available to help. The house was very clean and easily accessible, and we enjoyed our stay!

Herbert’s house had adequate space for 8 people and a few more! Two couples, my mom and then 3 kids had plenty of space to play and sleep. Master & one more bedroom, & 2 bathrooms downstairs. 1 bathroom upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bonus room with two twin beds in it were upstairs. There was a tv in every bedroom which was SO SO nice but we did have some technical issues with two of those tvs. We cooked while we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals which was great. It was very noticeable when we drove up that the outside of the garage was not clean but that was NOT a reflection of the inside of the house, the inside was clean. The use of the garage was nice, as well as the outside sitting area but it was really scary at night and we were not allowed to utilize the fireplace. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.
