Great apartment, super kind and respectful community/neighbors. Stayed here for over a month and felt safe staying by myself. Also spacious enough to have a guest as well though. Shonda is super quick at responding and making sure you’re having a good time. Only had one issue arise during my stay and she solved it within a couple weeks. It’s beachside (literally walking 10 steps outside and you’re in the sand at the beach). Beautiful sunrises from this beach and if you walk you’re bound to find a sea turtle that came to shore.

This is a really nice space in a great location on the island. Our favorite beach days were spent right outside the building. Shonda was extremely kind and helpful.

Shonda's place was perfect for two people! It was exactly as the listing showed and we had an amazing two months staying in Shonda's studio on Oahu. I would definitely stay there again and recommend others to do so as well!

Shonda’s studio apartment is on the Windward side of O’ahu and seems to be in a pocket that receives a lot of rain so we did not get to enjoy the beach outside the condo very often. The beaches in North Shore are a 30 minute drive and we’re always sunny so we spent most of our days exploring those. We were looking forward to the turtle spotting outside the apartment and saw 9 turtles one day but it was otherwise turtle free during our 40 day stay. The condo is as pictured, it is a small studio with all the kitchen amenities you need for a long term stay. My daughter loved swinging in the hammock while I worked. It should be noted that the shared work space is right in front of the main doors and not a workroom or private space so I spent my laptop time working from a barstool in the apartment. The building is a mix of long term residents and short term rentals. Everyone we met was very nice. Shonda was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that came up.
