Kattie's place was true in every way to the photos and the descriptions. What really stood out to us was the neighborhood. We walked our dog every morning and evening. Everyone we encountered was friendly with a wave or a "hello". I knew SD is a friendly state and this neighborhood confirmed it. It is also a very quiet neighborhood. The large fenced backyard was also a big plus for our traveling companion.

I stayed here with a couple of friends to attend a wedding Rapid City. The location is wonderful, only a few minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. The house itself was clean, the rooms were plenty big, and we had a great time staying here.
