We had a lovely stay at this property - we've been to Lower Mill several times and this is a great location, with a lovely view of Clearwater lake. Although the property was very clean and we had no issues, we would agree with previous reviews that there is wear and tear in places, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, that should be rectified in the quiet season if possible. It can be a very expensive stay, particularly in the school holidays, so for the price paid this should be addressed for future holiday makers. Only other minor point would be a better selection of glassware (flutes that aren't plastic for example). Communication was excellent from Liam and he was able to sort extras such as a travel cot and high chair no problem. Thank you!

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures and had plenty of space (we had 2 adults and a child staying). The pool and amenities available are fantastic. We would book again!

Lovely place to stay we had a great time. Worth noting there is no phone signal so you need to be on the WIFI just in case you needed to receive phone calls

Great location at lower mill estate, the house itself had a great kitchen and open living space overlooking the lake. We had a lovely time with great facilities on site. If I was to add anything negative the bathrooms could do with a little attention.
