I wish I had read more reviews before booking. The master bedroom has a queen bed not a king bed as noted in the description. The sofa sleeper in the basement is in terrible condition. So I wouldn’t say this house sleeps 6 unless you have children who can sleep anywhere. One couple on the trip has to move to a hotel because the bed was so uncomfortable. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood before and it’s a great location. The townhomes are nice, but this one had no extras such as fans, lotion, throw blankets. Sent a note to the management company the first morning and never received a response. If I was the owner, I would fire them.

Unfortunately our stay with Evolve was not what we were hoping for. The home has the potential to be really nice but does need some work. Right when we walked in, we could immediately smell cigarette smoke. They clearly tried covering it up with multiple air fresheners in every room, but really that just made it worse. Past renters trash from throughout the week was kept piled up in the garage all week which resulted in flies and bugs as soon as you open the door. There was an overwhelming smell of Raid in there as well which was nauseating... and clearly doesn't fix the problem. There were some stains on the carpet and the blinds on the front door were badly damaged. The upstairs bathtubs could both use some drain-o as neither drained properly. Besides the physical concerns of the home, the communication was awful. There was no welcome book which means there were no instructions to log into the wifi. It had rained that afternoon and the kids were wanting to log onto their gaming devices. A message was placed to Evolve and I finally got a response two days AFTER we got home. I spoke to our assigned "guest contact" as well regarding needing the wifi password. We spoke on the phone and I asked him when he found the wifi instructions to please text them to me, which he said he would do. We never received a text and never heard from him again. We left early and didn't even stay our second night. I would not recommend this property.

Unfortunately, our vacation was clouded by booking a stay at this home. We received a call about 2 hours prior to check-in that the home was double booked for our first night there and we no longer had a place to stay. Although they reimbursed us for the cost of the one night (but not the associated taxes & fees nor the costs of a new place), they left our family high & dry to find a new place to stay with only a couple hours notice during a busy summer season. We were frustrated to say the least! The first day of our vacation was spent on our phones trying to find a place to stay that night. The house itself was good, although there is NOT a king size bed as the listing states. The location is great, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND booking this home!
