Great place to stay and unwind. Crystal River Is beautiful and Kevin and Karli’s place lives up to our expectations. It was the perfect place for our family of four.

Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay at Kevin and Karli's home in Crystal River very much! The living room and beds were very comfortable, and the newly-remodeled kitchen was lovely. The back yard was great, and we enjoyed relaxing at the tiki hut out of the sun. The weather was too cool to enjoy the pool, unfortunately. The home was very conveniently located for the outings we wanted: kayaking in Three Sisters Springs (Paddles Outdoor), snorkeling in Kings Bay (Fun2Dive), touring Homosassa Wildlife Park, and enjoying area restaurants (especially Breakfast Station, Cajun Jimmy's Seafood Seller, and Waterfront Social). Multiple grocery stores were available nearby for supplies. We appreciated being able to launder our wet things after our water activities. Kevin and Karli were very responsive to our questions, and it was easy for us to check in and out. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this home to others. Thanks Kevin and Karli for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin and Karlis house after a Manatee experience. The location was just perfect. It is beautifully decorated with cosy beds and everything we were looking for. It has a quiet and green backyard, where we had a great bbq! We also really enjoyed the pool. The Tiki hut outside is supernice to hang out. Karli was very helpful with everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Inside: House it very comfortable and inviting. Reno inside is great. Beds were super comfortable. Nice spacious dining space for playing cards and eating. Location to activities was super convenient. Outside: Lots of cosmetic work is needed. Driving up to the house I was questioning what I had rented. Rotted out light pole, broken fencing around the house, and unkept plant area. Backyard: Pool stairs need to be fixed and cleaned up. Around the pool and in the pool needs clean up. Pool was not super inviting with broken umbrella, broken pool equipment, and dirty filter laying around. The pictures outside look outdate. Grill area was a bit rough and the propane take was empty. Which was a bummer since we got food to grill. Overall, I would stay here again if I didn't plan to use the backyard or pool. It would be nice to see after outside work was done. Communication was very much appreciated. Always responded with question. Thank you!
