Great house!

These people tried to send us a bill for 400.00 they showed us sheets that they did not wash and wanted to charge before washing. Some of the rooms were dirty with trash as well as dirty blankets and towels. We barely cooked food and they tried to lie and say we messed up several pots and pans. The rug was tearing there were trash and full of garbage upon our arrival dirty towels in the back. And the sheets were very cheap as well as the pillows. Couches worn out. I was being decent by not giving a bad review but since they want to lie and try to make things up on us it’s not flying with me.

Beautiful home. Loved all the theming. The kids enjoyed the game room. Plenty of room for everyone. The living room couch was uncomfortable but it was nicely decorated. The home was a little further out from the parks than I hoped and there was construction going on with new houses going up. The host was responsive.

Overall, it was a nice place and I was satisfied with my stay. The home was as described in the photo and accommodated my family of 13 perfectly. Lots of parking. All kids, 2 couples and single adults each had their had their own bed which was nice. The place was clean. We enjoyed both the private pool and main clubhouse pool . The only disappointment with the location is that the main pool was not in walking distance. There were LOTS of dishes and well stocked pots and utensils to cook meals. Beware … there are no introductory sample toiletries. If you forget anything, you are out of luck until the store run. There were no washcloths, which wasn’t an issue for me because I travel with my own, but others in my family had to tough it out h til wal Mary opened. Very minimal “starter items”. There was 1 trash bag, no coffee filters, etc. Going to the store ASAP is a must (no time to settle in). All in all, it is a great place to book at a great price.
