Don’t have any doubts if you are considering this stay. It is peaceful, private and aesthetically pleasing. Kitchen highly operational and organized. Good Fire TV for music and entertainment. Yolanda, herself, is completely available, kind and responsive, which is important if there is an issue. Location is great because it’s got fast direct routes to every section of the city. I was grateful to land here while I underwent weeks of treatment at an SB medical facility. Highly recommended.

I was in the airbnb for a week. everything has a lot of quality, the neighborhood is quiet and it is close to several beaches. It has everything you need to cook, and it's spacious. Yolanda is a fantastic hostess, she helped me and advised me at all times

Yolanda was such a Gracious Host! We have thoroughly enjoyed being in this comfortable, fresh abode & your kindness in every way. Really appreciated connecting with Yolanda upon checkin & all the the visuals on the blinds & lights & fans & door locks. Especially appreciated the high ceilings & the organization to all the aspects of the layout & lots of light & privacy. We will certainly look to stay here again when we return to Santa Barbara! The bed was SO COMFORTABLE! Everything was very clean & enjoyed all the amenities.

This house was absolutely amazing and in a great location. Everything was clean and immaculate and the kitchen well stocked with dishes,etc. Host was excellent and had awesome communication.
