We stayed 4 nites at Emily's rental. With the windows open, you can hear the waves crash from the beach just across the highway. Everything was just as described in the listing. We could not figure out the TV instructions from the information folder,but we had brought our laptops and speaker for movies.~ The shower pressure and hot water is dreamy,after being out and about all day. ~ Great to have a dedicated parking spot. There is a small fridge and microwave, some counter space to prepare small meals. She also has an electric tea kettle,Keurig and dishware. The listing states it is an allergen free place,however we found that some of the cleaning products had strong scents... There are windows for fresh air, and a working air purifier if you happen to be chemically sensitive,which can also be an issue for those of us with allergies.~ We recommend Emily's rental for 1 person or two. We would return for a short stay again.

Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood, friendly community, great restaurants and very nicely appointed accommodation. Very clear and thorough communication from the host.

Emily's place was super cozy and cute and conveniently located near the beach. There are plenty of great restaurants within short driving distance. The weather wasn't what we'd hoped for during our stay (lots of rain), so we really got to enjoy the cozy space because we stayed in more than we otherwise would have. We loved the view out the bedroom window over the rooftops and out to the ocean. Felt very private, even with the owners directly next door - we barely heard a few muffled sounds. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The decor was inviting. I'd definitely recommend this place for a relaxing coastal getaway!
