Unfortunately it had a chemical smell. Wich was coming from the garage. Gas and acetone was found to be cause. Person or persons that he has to take care of unit while he's not there. Left in garage with no knowledge renounced to him. Made a issue to stay. He was very helpful in doing everything he could to resolve it. Trying to get new air purifier and air out as best to his ability. As well as communicating very well. Being considerate to our needs and sympathetic. I would very well try again. He is very honest and good person to deal with. He deserves praise to the person he is and morals he has in today's world. Lucas ty for all you tried and being a honest and stand up individual. God bless you! Hope to be able to try again.

We were glad to be back at Lucas's place for a stay as our home base for the area. It's a great place and great value. Lucas was helpful and flexible for us, too. Would stay here again — again!

Lucas is very helpful in accommodating our trip. We arrived late at night so he provided lights and water upon our arrival. Very friendly and considerate.

Luca’s was super responsive and flexible with us! The house was just as listed. Had anything you could need in the kitchen and around the house!

Excellent house, very clean and with all the amenities and more, even had an air purifier. I would definitely come back.
