Andy was really friendly and provided some good local information as well as helping to find space to dry wetsuits. Very nice property in quiet location with easy access to the village. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely use Andy's property again.

We hebben twee fijne overnachtingen gehad. Prima uitvalsbasis voor een tripje naar York en Castle Howard. Onze eerste stop na aankomst in Hull. Andy was zeer gastvrij en had prima tips voor ons. Het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien en erg schoon.

We had a wonderful stay at Andy’s place everything was perfect-he was there to greet us when we arrived and instantly made us feel welcome and at home-he provided us with tea coffee biscuits and milk and the place was perfectly clean-we also had our own parking space-it was an ideal location just around the corner from Scampston/and walled gardens which we visited-also close to Dalby Forest and Hole of Horcum which we visited-thank you Andy for all your help much appreciated-we would certainly recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in The Annex. Good location near to York and it had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay! Bigger than expected too which was a bonus 👍

I highly recommend the Annex, it's a fantastic space - clean, warm and safe, and Andy is a great host, very helpful and welcoming. The location is also amazing, in a beautiful little hamlet/village, with a great farmshop/cafe just round the corner, lovely countryside walks, some great pubs and Scampston Hall right on your doorstep, and the market town of Malton just down the road. Will definitely go again.
